Your projects

The dashboard is your home base: every translation project you own or work on is listed here, grouped by state. From this page you start new projects, open existing ones, and manage the trash.

  • Search — the filter box matches project names, file names, and languages (codes or English names).
  • Groups — chips at the top show counts for Active (everything in progress, including drafts), Completed, Offers (work offered to you — see Offers & assignment), and Deleted (the trash). Click a chip to show or hide that group; double-click to focus on it alone.
  • Sort — by Newest, Oldest, or Name.
  • View — switch between card view and a denser list view.

Each card shows the project’s status, its deadline with the days left (or days late), a progress chart — how much is done and how much is assigned — and the language pair (source → target languages). Expand the chevron at the bottom of a card to see each file and target language with its own progress bar and quick actions.

The main button depends on the project’s state:

State Button What it does
Draft Continue Reopens the creation wizard where you left off
In progress Manage Opens the project hub
Awaiting activation Finalize Takes you to assignment and activation
Complete Delivery Opens the hub’s Delivery tab for downloads

Each project also has a three-dot menu with Project Overview (the hub), Delivery (completed projects), and Move to Trash.

Select New Project and follow the wizard — see Creating a project.

Move to Trash — from a project’s menu or its Settings tab — hides the project from the dashboard and pauses it. It is not deleted yet:

  • Open the Deleted group to see trashed projects, when and by whom each was deleted, and how long it has before automatic removal. Trashed projects are permanently deleted after the retention period expires.
  • Restore brings a project back. If another project now uses the same name, a “Restore as” prompt lets you rename it on the way back.
  • Delete permanently removes a project immediately — you must type the project’s name to confirm, and this cannot be undone. Only project managers, company accounts, and admins can delete permanently.
